The OTW needs to be pressured on this issue and more users of the AO3 need to be made aware and exert pressure. Please, do what you can - there's a list of actions here.
Yesterday I edited the titles of my works there to include "End Racism in the OTW" and put a short explanation linking to the manifesto in my notes.
I edited all of them because I really don't have that many works and I want to up the chances of people seeing it and clicking through to that link. I will also say that there's some unintentional comedy to adding "End Racism in the OTW | " before some titles - there's some joy to be had in that protest.
