I really love the motion that's captured in this piece and the faint smile that she has around her lips; it's Batgirl in action. I like her boots and the absence of a cape here. Her shadow is also really awesome; I like its colour and the contrast that that creates as well as how the shadow works to establish the sense of movement.

This portrait is really neat in that it's the sort of image that you could capture if you were doing a casual sitting with two women who were really comfortable with each other; that seems to be what the reference photo used for this work is. It's a very digital work in terms of its lines and shading. For all that it's a very organic pose the picture itself doesn't have that same feel; it's an interesting contrast.

I like the content of this piece, Dinah's hair caught up in an autumn wind, the weight she's putting on her palms as she leans back a little, the sense of being that's captured in that and Barbara's sharp delight at her. I also really like, having gone through a lot of pieces featuring Barbara Gordon as Batgirl and not nearly as many of her as Oracle, that though Barbara is sitting on a bench with Dinah her chair is still depicted here - it's nice.
