Yuletide is... inching slowly forward. I have had François' version of Don't Stop the Music in my head for the past three days now.

I am about half done my story. I'm actually pretty excited.

"YOU MUST FACE THE BEAR!" There is a bear polka. It is pretty sweet so far. If you want I can try to learn the organised steps again so we can fancy dance when we are reunited? It is pretty simple.

Why must I face the bear? I have cousins from the north who spent a better part of the morning talking about how the OPP was patrolling the street near their school with long guns to keep the bears away from the kids.
Also bear polka sounds fun, is there a link? And do we have music for polka-ing?

You do not have to face the bear. I have to face the bear. I was explaining the bear. (There are yuletide bears. It is a thing.) Cousins are exciting. Polar bears, I presume?

I, um, like how you assume that bear polka is an actual thing and not just something in my head. (Googling "bear polka" is surprisingly disappointing.) I have at least one polka on my computer. Strauss, I think.

I see, I was confused. It appears to be a nearly natural state for me.
Not that far north sadly, I actually didn't ask. Grizzlies is my guess... possibly black bears.
There are many strange things in this world, why shouldn't bear polka be one of those? I see what you mean about the Google search though. At least one of the first results is pudsey though, which is it's own type of happy.
