(This is more the first six I wrote down than anything else, and a panel show was not entirely suited to the questions asked of number six.)


1 .Who is your favorite character from #2 (Black Books) ?
Bernard. He's cranky and a little bit insane, and yet at the same time strangely attractive. (There's also a part of me that wants to be him when I grow up.)

2. Who is your least favorite character from #4 - (Doctor Who) ?
I got all excited when I saw this because I thought number four was Torchwood and went "Hah! I can put Gwen down!" It was very sad when I saw this was not the case, until I realised I could still put her down.

3. What would a cross over between #1 (Coupling) and #5 (Torchwood) include?
Sexing, and science fiction references.

4. What is your favorite ship from #6 (Never Mind The Buzzcocks) ?
So, it is clearly possible to choose a show not suited to this meme, and I have done this. ...though: Simon Amstell and Noel Fielding. ...wait. That would never work - Noel Fielding/his own pretty, pretty hair: they have a special bond.

5. If you were to set one person from #3 (How I Met Your Mother) and one person from #6 (Never Mind The Buzzcocks) up on a blind date, who would they be?
Robin and Meatloaf, because that would be interesting.

6. If you could meet one person from #4 (Doctor Who) and spend the day with them, who would it be and what would you do?
There's a part of me that wants to not say The Doctor, but I can't really settle on anyone else. I'd like to spend the day organising the TARDIS. (If I do not leave it, I cannot die, horribly, and also: there has to be some very cool stuff in there.)

7. If you could change one thing about #2's (Black Books) Plot line, what would you change?
That it exist a bit more. Black Books was very episodic.

8. Explain a relationship between two people (not necessarily romantic) from show #5 (Torchwod) and why you like the relationship between them?
Martha and Owen, because their bond amuses me; they are doctors together.

9. If the lead title character (first name in the credit sequence) from #1 (Coupling) and #3 (How I Met Your Mother) were both drowning, and you could only save one, who would it be?
Steve over Ted, definitely.

10. If you could change the title characters' order in the credits for #4 (Doctor Who), what order would you choose?
I think it's pretty good as it is now.

11. If you were able to add a new character, any kind of character you wanted, to the storyline for #6 (Never Mind The Buzzcocks) what would the character line be and what would their role be?
Ooh. I would like a new team captain, because this not having one is kind of rubbish, and if this person served as a love interest for either Jupitus or Amstell, in the fashion of lavvyan's fic But Wait, There's More! that would amuse me greatly.

12. What happens in your favourite episode of show #2 (Black Books) ?
In The Grapes of Wrath Manny and Bernard are forced out of the shop while it's being cleaned and Fran goes on a date.

13. If you could kill off one of the characters in #1 (Coupling) who would it be and how would you do it?
Oliver - because I think having a Jeff clone was a mistake - with a 40 ton weight, Python style.

14. If you got the chance to visit the set for either show #3 (How I Met Your Mother) or show #5 (Torchwood) which would you choose?
Torchwood: aliens, secret base, Cardiff. (It's just cooler.)
