winter_baby is running the highly scientific and completely awesome FANDOM STEEL CAGE MATCH MARCH MADNESS for the second year.

Things are down to the top eight right now with polls closing about 13:00 EST tomorrow, and somehow, somehow, at this moment in the Finals of the Science Fiction division, Dean Winchester is beating The Tenth Doctor by... 14 votes right now, actually. (It was something like 60 when I first voted, not so long ago.)

My point is this, though: "WHAT?!???!!!!?!!??!!!!!!" See, I don't entirely know this Dean person but it's like this:The Doctor.

Look, I know Dean is awesome and everything and has an Impala that he's fiercely defensive of, but, The Doctor has a TARDIS. It travels through space and time. He strokes bits of it.

He's a Time Lord. Which, I'm sorry, trumps vigilante-style hunter of demons/other-things-that-go-bump-in-the-night. It is more badass. (Go watch flummery's Handlebars if you need to be reminded of this.)

Ten believes in hugs and saving the universe in trainers. He has angst and sad!face, and talk and silliness. He owns you.
