So, I was entertained when I saw Watchmen. It had amazing music.
Take a Bow by Muse
The Beginning Is The End Is The Beginning by Smashing Pumpkins
Unforgettable by Nat King Cole
The Times They Are a-Changin by Bob Dylan
99 Luftballons by Nena
The Sound Of Silence by Simon & Garfunkel
Ride Of The Valkyries by The Budapest Symphony Orchestra
Me And Bobby McGee by Janis Joplin
I'm Your Boogie Man by KC & The Sunshine Band
You're My Thrill by Billie Holiday
Pruit Igoe & Prophecies by Philip Glass
Everybody Wants To Rule The World by Tears for Fears
Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen
Clyde by Waylon Jennings
All Along The Watchtower by Jimi Hendrix
Desolation Row by My Chemical Romance
First We Take Manhattan by Leonard Cohen
Pirate Jenny by Nina Simone
I swear that all of it was chosen by amusement criteria, which is highly awesome. It was wonderfully comic book-y and the texture of it was great.

Viewing Watchmen I didn't do much analytical thinking. There's all sorts of shiny and violence and stuff to distract you from things. This vid, then, is incredibly useful, because it's a vid and it examines. It's about the relationship between Rorschach and Dan, which is something that I just accepted in the film, but there's a very interesting question in here: what is Rorschach doing in a partnership? (...and how is it that he's with the person who appears most well-adjusted in the film?) It's a vid that inspires questions. For me, anyway.
