Relatedly, what kinds of fic do you like to read? What do you look for in a story? What are your kinks- elements that draw you to stories?

Among my story ideas I am currently particularly proud of, in ascending order, "the one where they are trees", "the one where they are crime-fighting rabbit shape-shifters linked by destiny and a telepathic bond", and "that Valdemar AU where they are like, 'What. You are not a horse.'"* I would totally read these, is the thing.
*This is totally how Valdemar works, right? I am not misremembering?)
